When we provide services, we may collect, store and use the following information:
1.1.1 When you register an account or use our services, you provide us with personally identifiable information, such as nicknames, emails, etc., or other data that we can legitimately find such information through links. If you want to take full advantage of the various sharing features we offer, you may also want to create a publicly visible profile, which may include your nickname and photo.
1.1.2 The shared information you provide to other parties through our services, and the information you upload, submit, store, send or receive when you use our services.
1.2.1 Device information
We will receive and record information about the device you use, such as your device model, operating system version information, device settings, mobile device version, device identification code, screen software and hardware feature information such as resolution, device environment, and device location-related information, such as GPS location, WLAN access point, and Bluetooth information that can provide relevant information. If you refuse to grant us the corresponding permission during installation and/or use, we will not record your corresponding information above.
1.2.2 Log information

In order to provide you with a full range of experience, with your authorization, our client will encrypt and upload the videos and pictures you actively upload to the server for storage; it may extract the software name and version number in your device, and upload them through encryption to the server for processing and storage. At the same time, you can also refuse/cancel this permission through relevant function settings at any time. Refusal to provide this permission will only make you unable to use the above functions, but will not affect the normal use of other functions and services of medisanaONE APP; but after you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect this information, and we will no longer be able to provide you with the above However, unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect our storage or processing of information based on your previous authorization.
1.2.4 Take photos and videos
When you use the functions of taking pictures and taking videos, we will access the relevant permissions of your device camera and collect the picture and video information you provide based on the pictures and videos uploaded to us after taking pictures. If you refuse to provide permissions and content, it will only make you unable to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of medisanaONE APP. At the same time, you can also cancel this permission at any time through the relevant function settings. When you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect this information, and we will no longer be able to provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services; but unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of information based on your previous authorization.
1.2.5 Connection via Bluetooth & Data Synchronization
To enable the synchronization of data from your medisanaONE or other compatible health devices (such as blood pressure monitors, scales, etc.), the App will request Bluetooth permission. When you pair and connect a device, the App may collect and sync the following types of Health Data generated by the device: weight, BMI, body fat percentage, blood pressure, heart rate, and other measurable physiological metrics.
This data is categorized as Sensitive Health Information. We collect this data solely for the purpose of displaying it to you within the App, allowing you to track trends over time, and for the functionalities described in this policy. Refusing Bluetooth permissions will prevent the App from syncing data with your devices but will not affect other core features of the App.
1.2.6 Non-Personal Information & Aggregate Data
We may collect anonymized, non-personally identifiable information such as usage statistics, crash reports, and general behavioral data (e.g., feature usage frequency, session duration). This Aggregate Data cannot be used to identify you individually.
Importantly, your personal Health Data (e.g., blood pressure readings, weight) is never included in this Aggregate Data or used for such analytical purposes without your explicit, separate consent.
The purpose of collecting this Aggregate Data is to improve the performance, stability, and user experience of our App.
The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products or services, and to ensure that we comply with applicable laws, regulations and other regulatory documents. We may use the information collected above for the following purposes:

In some mobile applications, we use mobile analytics software to better understand how our mobile software functions in your mobile phone. 6. Local Storage - HTML5/Flash
We use Local Storage Objects (LSO), such as HTML5 or Flash, to store content. Third parties that cooperate with us to provide certain functions on the medisanaONE App, or serve advertisements based on your browsing behavior will also collect and store relevant information through HTML5 or Flash cookies. Various browsers provide their own management tools to delete HTML5 local storage objects.

We use the clipboard function of the mobile phone to collect the source information of the user by reading specific information related to the medisanaONE App, which is convenient for statistics and content recommendation. 2. If you are using an Apple mobile phone, in order to calculate the training consumption, we will receive and send your exercise data from Apple's HeathKit with your authorization. To simplify your entry process, we read your weight data from HeathKit. At the same time, the training data you generate in the medisanaONE App will be synchronized with Apple's HeathKit. Any information obtained through the use of HeathKit, such as weight and heart rate data, will not be shared or sold to any third parties, including advertisers and other agencies. We will not use HeathKit information for marketing, advertising and similar services.

The third-party services in the medisanaONE App service are provided by external third-party entities, and the medisanaONE App cannot obtain the information generated when you use such third-party services. However, if you have expressly agreed to the third party to obtain your geographic location information, the third party will obtain your terminal geographic location information through the medisanaONE App interface.
